These terms govern use of Tradeshala’s website and educational services. By using the website or enrolling, you agree to these terms and the applicable enrolment details. Read the Privacy Policy, Refund Policy and Disclaimer alongside these terms.

Program fees are in Indian Rupees and include GST. The current standard programs are listed below; your enrolment confirmation records the purchased program and agreed schedule.

Tradeshala provides education and mentorship focused on global derivatives, including Futures, trading discipline, risk management and strategy development. Market Insights, Strategy Hub, Live Market Room, events and Traders Hall of Champions are educational or informational resources, not investment advisory services.

Traders Community is not a standalone subscription or publicly offered membership page. Community access is a program benefit restricted to enrolled Funded Trader Program and Personal Mentorship Program students. Included recordings, resources and access periods follow the benefits stated at enrolment; any advertised lifetime community access is not replaced by a recurring subscription under these terms.

• Payments are processed through Razorpay. The amount is fixed for the selected program by our payment system; enrolment requires successful payment confirmation.
• Any EMI or instalment option shown at checkout is subject to the payment provider’s availability and terms; it is not guaranteed for every customer.
• Confirm your chosen program and contact details before paying, and keep your receipt and payment reference.
• Future fee changes do not alter the amount already agreed for a confirmed enrolment. Refunds follow the Refund Policy.

• Provide accurate registration information and protect any access credentials issued to you.
• Use educational resources for your own learning; do not share access or distribute restricted course materials to non-enrolled people.
• Maintain professional conduct towards mentors and other participants. Do not harass, impersonate or misuse website services.
• Do not record, publish or commercially reuse sessions or another participant’s personal information without permission.
• You are responsible for your own trading decisions, compliance obligations and risk limits.

Tradeshala’s original course materials and website content remain its intellectual property. Enrolment grants personal educational use, not ownership or a right to redistribute or sell the material. Third-party trademarks and materials remain owned by their respective holders.

Certificates reflect the educational program and its completion requirements. They do not grant a regulatory licence to advise on investments, manage accounts or provide financial services.

Any challenge account, funding-related benefit or AI trading agent described in a program is subject to the enrolment offer and applicable provider rules. Passing an evaluation, receiving funding or obtaining a payout is not guaranteed by payment of a course fee. Providers may impose eligibility checks, risk limits and other conditions.

Trading automation and AI tools require testing, supervision and risk controls. They are educational tools, not promises of profitable or error-free execution. Review third-party terms and the laws applicable to your location before using any external trading service.

Session dates, delivery format and included benefits are communicated through the program page and enrolment confirmation. If a schedule or service change affects your enrolment, contact support to discuss the available arrangements. Refund and batch-transfer requests follow the Refund Policy.

Trading can result in substantial losses. Tradeshala does not provide buy/sell signals, account management or guaranteed returns, and is not a SEBI-registered Investment Advisory or Research Analyst. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

These terms are subject to applicable Indian law. Contact support first about a dispute; this does not prevent you from using remedies available under applicable law.

The revision date above identifies the current terms. Updates will be posted here. Changes do not remove rights already accrued under a confirmed purchase or applicable law.
