Program checkout is processed by Razorpay. Card details, UPI credentials and other sensitive payment credentials are handled by the payment provider; Tradeshala does not store full card numbers, CVV or UPI PINs. We may receive payment identifiers, status and transaction details needed for enrolment and support.

Consultation forms may be hosted by Google Forms. WhatsApp communications, embedded YouTube videos and external event registration services are subject to those providers’ own privacy policies. Information you submit directly to a third party is handled by that provider.

We may share information with hosting, infrastructure and service providers to deliver the requested services, or where necessary to comply with applicable law or protect legal rights. We do not sell personal information.
